RebusIS, the insurance technology solutions provider, has selected mySAP All-in-One to improve communication between customers and employees. The SAP solution is expected to deliver operational efficiencies with the potential to increase the profitability of RebusIS by up to 20 per cent.

RebusIS is rolling out SAP to 500 employees globally, including three offices in the UK and the US, India, Malaysia, Thailand and Bermuda. The project is expected to be completed by May 2003 across all offices worldwide.

RebusIS CEO Robert Gogel commented, “We selected SAP because its solution is designed specifically for medium-sized organizations with significant growth potential. A range of business benefits are expected from the SAP solution. It will provide enhanced collaboration and knowledge management across the organisation, as well as delivering key management information online and in real time, enabling RebusIS to improve the speed of decision-making and allocate resources to key projects more effectively. RebusIS also expects to enhance operational and administrative efficiencies as well as purchasing and financial management. This includes the use of a system where all 500 employees submit their timesheets over the Internet.

The core SAP modules utilised were; Project System Template (PS) Project Systems and Project accounting, Timesheets, Procurement and Finance (FI+CO) and Controlling.
