The ASP solution is based on a simple monthly fee to pay for all the services including the Solution implementation, physical hosting, licenses and maintenance. Contracts can be purchased for 3, 5 or 7 year periods based on comprehensive Service Level Agreements (SLA), automatic upgrades to the SAP system and flexible user numbers.

With our Professional Services Solutions available via the ASP model, customers are able to optimise their IT and base technology overheads and concentrate on their core business activities.

Intalec has a number of second-term ASP customers re-signed for new contracts after the initial term, with some contracts currently running until 2011 and possibly beyond.
